THE LOT Liberty Station - Experience the Best Movie Theater Dining in San Diego

Went here on a date and was completely ignored. A server never came to our seats and even when I did press the service button and someone came to turn the button off like a flight attendant they never returned with our order. The place looks nice but they don't how to run an upscale movie experience. 2nd Time: Excellent experience. We had a few appetizers in the restaurant and then checked out the movie. Great service, fresh hot popcorn, Pacifico delivered to our couch like seats made for a nice date night.

Coffee/Restaurant/Movie Theater This review is on the coffee space only. I really like this place. The views are great, the sun shines, the service is always impeccable, and it’s just a comfortable place to get a cup of coffee; never too crowded. Definitely going to come in and try the restaurant and the theater, and then I will update the review. Vibe - Food & Drink - Value - Service - Overall -

The law is a smaller movie theater, but it is nice to have table service at your seat. The chairs are comfy and cozy. I couldn't figure out our seat number.That was hard to see since we got in when the lights were out. Recommend going before that.

Cooper is absolutely amazing!! I had a family emergency tonight and had to change my ticket to tomorrow. He was super patient and over all amazing customer service!! 5 stars all around :)

I love this idea Watching movie and order food to your seat If I could get food could be better When we ordered nobody there, people came over and ordered after us, everyone got beer except us I’d like to get cortado before movie and food, I got my coffee after my dinner which is not Cortado. Ahi poke was great but just chips and avocado part; salmon wasn’t fresh. Margarita flatbread wasn’t great too. Great idea but food is weak Cup of water was great and on time

Loved it! We had our company holiday party there. The service was amazing, food was yummy and the drinks were so good. The whole place is very nicely maintained and our experience was a very positive one. Looking forward to going back with my family. Highly recommended!

No matinee prices but otherwise a great movie theater with a full kitchen and bar out front.

We’ve been to The Lot a couple of times, introduced to it by locals, and we really like it. To us, it feels like a luxurious movie theater — The popcorn is a total game-changer! We love the salt and vinegar flavor, but they have other great options too — we especially enjoy the chili-lime one. Service is friendly, and the theater is almost always pretty empty when we go, which makes it feel even more relaxed. Free parking is a huge bonus, and there’s usually plenty of it. They also tend to have a good selection of movies. We did have one minor issue with people sitting in our seats. The manager handled it well: they came over, resolved the situation, and even followed up when other people’s seats were affected by ticket issues. Some people had tickets that were copies or cancelled, and they were asked to leave. While it caused a slight delay and we missed a bit of the movie, the staff handled it professionally and apologized. Honestly, it showed they care about maintaining a good experience for paying guests — something many theaters might not handle so thoroughly. Would definitely suggest a bit more light near the numbers and letter to be able to find seats - so just try to get there a little bit early! Overall, we really enjoy The Lot. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, fantastic popcorn, and the little hiccups were handled well.
